So, back when there were free transfers for the PVP servers, I moved with my guild from Venekor to Nagafen. I was there for a while, but didn't much care for it. After this transfer, my server discoveries for Plague (name changed to Kiir when moved to Nagafen, since someone already had Plague), were intact. I was #6 on the server (about the same as I was on Venekor, where all my discos happened).Last week, I paid to transfer back to Venekor because I didn't like Nagafen, and expected it to work the way the 1st transferr did, i.e. my server discoveries would remain intact.RoK releases, I go nuts. I discovered 2 mob drops, then settled down to level my Sage. During the course of getting to level 76, I picked up another 67 discos for AppIVs.But now, the players page shows me not even in the top 100, looks like my 600+ discoveries have been wiped out.PLEASE tell me there is a way to undo this.I made these discoveries, on this server, and I think I deserve to have that reflected.Thanks--Kiir

I think the 67-69 discos you made on your current server should indeed remain intact.  Any game discos you made should also be intact, IMO.  But server discos should only show the discos made on your server.  These stats are used on the rankings, and it wouldn't be a fair comparison against other members of the same server if you are bringing server discos in from other servers.I really do believe you should keep the world discos, however.

All of them were on the same server, Venekor. I didn't make any during my brief time on Nagafen. What confuses me is that when I did the first transfer, the discos remained intact. Coming back is what triggered them to go away. And really, this annoys me. It was the main thing this particular toon was going for, and the reason I deveoted as much time as I did when RoK came out to leveling my Sage, grabbing all the discos I could.I've not heard anything from anyone here. Is there somewhere else I should ask? This doesn't seem like something that should be an in-game pettition for, since it's part of the Players page.--Kiir

Actually, an in-game petition is your best and only other route to take for asking about this.Unless this is considered a bug, the web team will not respond to this issue.

But this is a EQ2Players site issue, not a server issue. Is there any point of even having this tech forum, if you never get any response about issues? How is one supposed to actually get ahold of someone who can give you valid information?--Tusk

You posted in this forum.  You got valid information in that a petition (or talking to a customer service rep) will get you further.  This is probably not a bug.  Even if it is, it would be low on the priority list of the current number of bugs.  The forum exists to bring up those bugs.  I'm fine with discussing if this is a bug or not, but if you want action on your character, then you should use the tools available for that.
