I'm currently a lvl 32 warden with 29 aa's and I am really enjoying my class on a PVE server. My current spec is 4/4/8/4 INT and max sow. My gear is mainly +int +wis and have all adept 3 - master 1 spells. My spell crit is really nice and does excellent damage. I was thinking of speccing STR tree next. I mainly solo and rarely get groups b/c of time restraints. After reading TONS of aa posts on this board I've been considering respeccing. My question is should i continue to finish the INT line and then work on STR line, or would it be better to respec for STR line and melee crits and then work on INT line? Not really considering any of the other lines from KOS since my healing is still great. I would appreciate any opinions on this.

Hmm , tuff question ... The mele/caster hybrid is a nice spec. But its about 65 AA's to have infusion, max natural boon,75% mele crits , wich imo is what you need to have for the best results.

Since your gear is supporting the int line , you might try just keeping that line while building either CA or Str line. The str line is kinda nice cuz natures blade will proc on infusion. But the big dmg increase from mele comes from the 75% mele crits and then enhanced with the str lines first 3 , and ofcourse the free heals are nice too.

Or you might just try root nukeing for awhile ,try the movement line ,till you get enough pts to respec, while collecting str gear , Look ahead in levels for good deals on the broker. But imo infusion isnt really good for the root nuker warden becuz of the range , and it procs on to non agro mobs that are closer than your target , hence its better used with mele in mind.

Respecs really arent that expensive , especially with the 5 free respecs per tree you can get. Plus you can respec 1 tree and not the other ,and the points arent locked to a particular tree anymore. Also if you wait 30 days , the respec price gets reset to 10 gold if youve gotten your price up above this. Respec starts at 1 silver , then it increases X10 each time up to 10 plat or so ive heard , ive never spent more than 10 gold myself. Keeping some of the cards though is good , so you can respec on the spot if nessacary.

STR is definitely the way to go if you are heading down the melee Warden tree. IMO, if you lay the foundation of taking STR first, then get the melee combat arts, you'll be all set to go. If you do it the other way around, you might wonder what everyone is talking about saying that DPS is so awesome.

Also take a look at STA - there are some nice things in that line for most Wardens, including a heal crit we all like fairly well. Additional STA never hurt your basic soloing/melee Warden, either. Those that critique this kind of thing all pretty much agree that the WIS line (as it is currently) doesnt' really do anything for Wardens. A couple of additional points socked away in the first ability of WIS doesn't hurt till you hit about 50 - when gear starts giving you plenty of +WIS and +Power, if you are liking those points there.

As far as which to finish first, the advice would be: Decide what kind of spec you want to follow, melee or nuking. If you are going the melee line, INT isn't going to help you very much, but STR will. If nuking, the reverse is true.

So in a nutshell: If you are heading down the Melee line, Spec STR/STA. If you prefer to be a Nuking Warden, spec STA/INT. If you solo a lot, have your Wolf spell at the best quality you can afford, and beef up your Root spells with AA.

My 2
