With a number of different threads cropping up in various parts of the forums, I wanted to stop and take a moment to make a post here where everyone can get an update. Please feel free to point people to this post if they express any confusion at all about the state of things.There are a number of people who are reporting that they did not get specific items (pre-order bonus, an adventure pack, etc.) that were supposed to come with their purchase of RoK. Please note that these reports include purchases from external sources and are not specifically related to the Station Store. That said, some folks seem to have not received everything they should have compared to the list of items on the 'buy RoK' pages.While I don't have an instant solution to share with you, or a specific path of remedy just yet, I do want you to know that we are aware that this seems to be happening, and looking into how things could have gone this way, and what we can do to take care of those issues.If you are having an issue like this, please feel to give feedback in the forums, but please keep the feedback civil. I will do what I can to give updates to this post as more information comes available, until we have confirmation of the core issue and a path to resolution. Thanks for your understanding.
