Sarnaks, who wouldnt want to play one? a 50% runs buf with health regen, only problem is that they are Evil only, meaning the population balance will be tiped so far in the freeport direction that qeynos players will be swamped, also half the player base of the Q's will vanish to the side of freep now.

Now i could be wrong, i am most times

what do you guys think

Doubt it. There seem to be more freeps than Qs (at least on Venekor). If more people play the Freeport side then I say good -- I'm always grateful for more action since I play both sides.

I just managed to get to my pc, started dowloading the update and thought I'd check out what is happening to the game I love so much. The title of this thread is a liitle mis-leading...Surely the people that want to PVP (on a pvp server, duh!), finding nobody to kill will either: 1. Betray their Sarnak and face an immediate army... pvp time, not dead pvp2. Create a Q ... lots of enemies.3. Go exile ... lots of enemies. If you really want to pvp, you'll find it. When a new race is introduced, of course lots will want to play that new race, it's only natural.Fact is, The introduction of a new race will certainly not "Ruin pvp in one hit".That's what I think, since you asked.

Roll a Kerra, they get the same overpowered 50% extra runspeed buff, just to be certain that everyone realizes the name of the game is EverRUNAWAY! If you roll Kerra, you'll get the extra bonus of questing in Qeynos areas with almost no pvp interference, because everyone is in the Sarnak zones.

In-combat runspeed was better for PvP than out-of-combat runspeed, because with out-of-combat runspeed people who do not want to PvP don't have to. For a PvP server, that's fundamentally wrong. In-combat runspeed meant that you could actually catch someone who tried to run away, thus forcing PvP, which is the reason people even rolled a toon on this server. Personally, when someone hits you, you ARE in combat, and any out-of-combat buffs (including runspeed, power/health regen, etc.) should go away. Just because you choose not to fight back doesn't mean you're NOT in combat. If you've got a dozen arrows coming out of your back and legs, how is it that you're running so fast? Surely that's gotta slow you down. And the guy who just shot you in the back, he's uninjured, surely he's running FASTER than you, not incredibly slower, right???

Fix runspeeds please. Either eliminate the distinction between in-combat and out-of-combat runspeeds, or make it so that any time you are hit you're automaticallyl put into combat. It's a PvP server, not a track meet.
