The expansion is $39.99. It comes with all the adv packs and previous expansions. Whether digital download or retail box in a store, same price, same content. Can't get any simpler, what are you confused about?

Along the same lines here - bought Kunark and added it to an account without expansions thinking it was supposed to enable them all as it says on the website

But it tells me both in game and on the sub screen under account management on the website I have Kunark but zero other expansions nor adv packs

Also has the EoF races blacked out at character creation screen

Something isn't right there, I would definately get with customer service...although i suspect they are probably really busy right now.

I just checked...I don't have the adv packs either, and I know it said they came with the purchase....

So, does anyone have an idea when the adventure packs are supposed to be enabled? Grim said in a different thread that the SOE store download was indeed only RoK with no other expacs, or adv packs (although I know that is now what it said on the SOE store site).

I'm very confused, and a bit irritated about not getting what I watched myself pay for. If they will become enabled soon, and someone can confirm that, I'll be fine....I don't need em this second - but the only red named response so far indicates that we aren't getting what we bought.

I'm sorry, but that doesn't fly with me. You don't advertise those adventure packs and then change your mind on the day of release. They need to enable it for those that bought it pre-release, or I hope they get sued cuz that's just downright illegal. Now if they want to change their policy for future purchases to match what the corrected ad says, that's a different story. But for those that bought, we're entitled to get what they promised.

The PreOrder option definitely did say All-in-one. I ordered for both my accounts mainly to get the adventure packs on the second account but all I received for either account was the Kunark expansion. Someone at soe needs to get things together or start refunding a bunch of money. If they don't deliver the expansion packs and all the rest as promised, that's false advertising. My email confirmation says quite clearly that I ordered the All in one compilation.

I think SOE is aware of this problem and they are blaming it on a billing issue. (Which doesn't make a lot of sense to me.) Here's the Knowledge Base response:--------------If you had already purchased the pre-order, but are concerned about receiving your previous expansions in addition to Rise of Kunark, look at your account info by going to www.station.com, then hover you mouse over My Account, and then click on Subscription Info. Click on the Details button next to EverQuest II. From here you should be able to see entry that says "Entitlement: Rise of Kunark". Though you may not see any of the other expansions to be added at this time, this Entitlement entry simply means that you are due to receive those expansions, and they will be officially added to your game when your account is successfully billed. Please be patient while our billing system processes all of the pre-order billing requests, and you will have your expansions added to your account soon.

Right. It's a problem they are working on. Once you are actually billed for your purchase, you will get what you paid for. But yes, it is fun to assume they are trying to screw you isn't it? /smirk
