What is the deal with RoK digital download?

[Removed for Content] it SOE can't we get a little information? This is my first digital download purchase from you and I am regreting it. In the confirmation reciept it states the pre-orders will be available for incremental download before game goes live. Where? When? I also see nothing in my purchase records stating I have purchased the game. Since I doubt SOE will comment on this does anyone have any information about this? I hope I did not get screwed.

Yeah I'm regretting this too.....If I knew I could still cancel without being charged I'd just go purchase this thing at the EB games in town.

I just checked Best buy website and it says the game will not be released until tomorrow in stores? Is anyone sure that EB has the game on the shelf today? I am in PA by the way usa.

Sounds like there are a lot of us in the same boat.Aside from the initial confirmation email stating they received the RoK pre-order request I haven't seen or heard anything that shows the product was actually purchased.As far as the incremental download - there have been multiple postings all week complaining about the lack of the ability to do so.On a side note, my account payment is also due today and SOE has yet to deduct that from my bank account so maybe they're just running a little behind.Here's hoping.<img src="/eq2/images/smilies/136dd33cba83140c7ce38db096d05aed.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

I entered a keycode last week that I received, and so I assumed it would start auto-updating today. My account is flagged for ROK, but the launcher goes to play straight away:/

I opened launchpad and it started downloading. I checked my account and I am upgraded to ROK. I did not get any information but everything seems fine. Open up the game is my suggestion.
