When does digital preorder end?

I have a wondering question.When will RoK preorder end?1. at the start of the 13th.2. at start of the patch <span class="postbody"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica;">5:00 am PST on Tuesday, November 13th, 2007.</span></span>3. at end of the patch <span class="postbody"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica;">8 hours later.</span></span>

Hm, this i already knew. The digital pre-orders will be unable to be cancled after 12<img src="/smilies/1069449046bcd664c21db15b1dfedaee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />x and your money will be deducted at 12<img src="/smilies/1069449046bcd664c21db15b1dfedaee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />x . Though it does not say when it will close. Sorry. I have read it a few times now to make sure. If it does. Blah stupid me, make it as clear as day pls.

i guess the time they stop taking preoders and change it to normal orders is the time they change the status of the preorders form preorder to final.. i just pasted the whole thing because so many threads pop up left and right

This has been true on the previous expansions for eq1 and eq2
