I guess I'll just have to wait and see again...

What is Flow like Wind an upgrade too? Whats the increase in effectiveness?I read somewhere it was more haste...I'm hoping its not.

<p>5 more haste I think and 10 to slash/crush/, but your defense is still lowered by same amount so it suxs worse than the EOF 7-set bonus IMO. </p><p>They could of atleast had it reduce the negative defense penalty........We really needed more haste. I think I self buff to 150ish in BETA.</p>

Is the haste cap depending on level or not?If it is that means it will go up, and there should be no problems

Haste cap is 200 (125%) for all levels. And anything over 100 is fairly pointless due to diminishing returns.

I'll take it... the leather look is better than the Blue Oyster Club look of EVERY other Gi on a male toon.

See, i guess it's just me but the whole chesty nipples showing stuff... not so cool to me.  If they Gi's had covering like that one that's a City Merchant reward i'd be all for them but... it just looks silly to me.I use the appearnce tab to cover that stuff up

<p>Definately trying to turn monks into a sub par dps class with those bonuses and what I've seen of the t8 legendary sets. What I wanna know is......why they give us a taunt for our t8 class skill if they are constantly reducing and breaking our avoidance. so what....I can taunt something so it can explode me moments later? Scouts tank better than us now anyways....</p><p>What a jip.</p>
