maintained spell and spell effect windows, how to resize them ?

Anyone know how to resize these 2 windows ?  I have them unlock but when i click the corner of a window and try to drag it to increase it's size, it moves the whole screen (camera) instead.

You need to right click and go to 'window settings' in order to be able to deactivate the 'click through enabled' option. This will allow you to resize without the camera moving instead.

Click through enabled option eh?  That would explain my frustration with the spell box.  Thanks.
