Half my Characters are missing!

<p>Crashed on zoning into Unrest, then my characters from AB are missing.   Second account zoning is slow, then crashed on that one...characters missing.  Can't access customer service in any configuration - web 505's</p><p>So much for the extra xp sunday.  Thanks.   This is the last straw in an ongoing customer service frustrating circle.    Rethinking ordering RoK (x2).</p>

Perhaps the server crashed? If so it is standard that half your characters would not show up. They never seem to show up correctly when the server is down. But they're there. You'll be able to see them again when the server goes back up.

There are people online and playing right now.  I crashed on zoning and my characters on AB are now missing.   My characters on Venekor are accessible.

Experiencing the same issue here.  I play on AB and ever since the update yesterday three of my characters are missing.  I'm a returning player and these characters were merely trial (since I had yet to acquire RoK), but they were all level 10 with about 8 AAs each and ~100 quests completed on each as well.  They wouldn't have been deleted for some reason, would they?
