View Full Version : PW recovery did not send new PW... Please help.

Ok,After the login servers died last night my roomate thought it was a password problem and requested a new password. The station sent him 1 email verifying that he wanted one, which he confirmed. Then it said to check for his new pw in a future email. It's been 18 hours and no email has been sent containing his PW. He can't login to complain about it, there is NOOOOOOO support except during BANKER HOURS. So due to this he can't play all weekend?Any help appreciated here,Not having 24/7 support is pretty unacceptable product that is so often used during weekend hours.

Please have your friend contact Customer Service. We have email support, etc. that can be of use here. I can't help direct through the forums, but am checking to make sure there is not a larger problem behind it all. In the meantime, your friend should get with CS as soon as possible.

Emailed support this mornign at 8 am, no response /shrug

Grimwell, you are aware that he cannot get customer service without a password right?Won't let him send emails, make petitions or anything.Great system.Please direct any help my way, I can tell you anything you need to know to reset his PW, even changing it back to what it was before the thing was reset is fine. He only did that thinking there was a problem, little did he know your login server had crapped out.
