<p>I have 25 points in reaver of this 3 points into improved harm touch and NONE in Mana sieve. I did, however, max out Death March and Tap Veins AAs. I have 16 in intell (4,4 and 8, and Strength has 4,8,8,4,1. I also have 4 points into stamina. Where should I put the rest? I was thinking of adding the next 5 points into mana sieve and two points into improved harm touch,which would max that one out.
