No upgrades to our heal then.? I guess that's to be expected. *sigh*Hold on, am I blind or is there no upgrade to our encounter taunt in this list?

Divide and Conquer our new level 80 spell is an encounter taunt of sorts. It's going to get you killed a lot until healers work out what it does though.

How come there is no upgrade for Instill Panic. It is a level 50 Bruiser fear spell that without an upgrade will not land on 74+ mobs. So it is like they are removing fear from the end game which of course is a massive nerf.

Nobody would use a lvl 50 spell over a lvl 67 anyway. This just finalizes the nerf.
