Transmuting Level 70 Items

Level 70 items are currently T7, which is different from all other tiers (which are x0 to x9). Will level 70 items automagically switch and yield T8 products when the expansion hits?

I was sure that 70 lvl items will be tranmuted as y8 items (with new powders etc). So I was right that didn't transmute 70 lvl items... have a little reserve now <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Thanks for answering this <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I was curious about it!  I don't have any in reserve (needed the tier 6 powders) but it's good I can harvest in Loping Plains when the new world is overrun.
