14 day trial and RoK...Can't play.

<p>So I wanted my son to have a separate account and started him with a 14 day trial in late Oct (24th I believe). He is interested in playing with me but I'm having big issues with the account. </p><p> 1) I have purchased 3 months throught SOE</p><p>2) I downloaded the game through the 14 day trial system and he started as the only selectable race the fae. </p><p>3) I purchased a pre-order RoK through D2D and have a reciept but not a expansion number. </p><p>Now the 14 day trial is up, I can't seem to log onto the charater created during the trial because he is Fae and I don't have the EoF expansion pack. I've purchased the pre-order RoK expansion but I can't get a code to use to at least let me son play. It's my understanding the RoK has all the expansions included so I should be good to go but I can't seem to log in an play a fae at present. </p><p>I'm not sure when the official launch date is for RoK (soon I hope since they are already selling preorders through D2D) but I can't see paying money for EoF just to play for 7-14 days until the expansion launches. I already have purchased the preorder and paid for 3 months of play. I simply want the account to work until the content of RoK comes out...any suggestions?</p>

The bad, the downtime will probably be considerable during the transition.  However, there is no need to contact SoE over this matter, and further the Digital Downloads typically do not require a 'key'.  Some do have a 'single' key that you enter that flags all content 'enabled' for the account, and the patcher (launcher) will download everything.  ((Which can take quite a while)), even if you have the content from a download you completed , due to updates and changes since the content that may have been downloaded being updated since inception or organization of the 'file(s)/Archive'.</div><div>Soon you guys will be playing together, with everything active and golden.</div><div>Hope this helps,</div>
