Serious LOG IN issues

<p>Half the people in my guild are unable to log into EQ2 OR the forums OR their Station Account (we are talking on Ventrillo) They are getting an invalid password or user ID error AND authentication errors.  Half the people are playing with no problem.  PLEASE look into this problem as soon as possible.  It's the weekend before the expansion and people want to get caught up before it goes in.</p><p>Thank you</p>

Acknowledged, just lost 12 people on unrest while zoning into Freethinkers.  Now we cannot log back in 20 minutes later.

<p>My wife can't log in either.  Says she has authentication error, yet I can log in fine.  We both use same credit card and such so I know billing isn't the issue.  She also gets a time out error when trying to log in.  This is for the game, staion account...forums...all of it.</p>

My first account (with Rijacki) can't log in.  My 2nd account, can (and is how I am posting).  My boyfriend's account, got between those two, can log in.My original account is probably a candidate for the new veteran award.  I also have RoK pre-ordered on that account.My boyfriend's account isn't a candidate for the new award yet, but he does have RoK pre-ordered.My 2nd account isn't a candidate for the new award (it was started a few months after launch), and I still need to order RoK on that account.So... my conclusion, the account lock-out is probably because of the veteran award in some way.The conspiracy theorist in me says the veteran's award is..... a vacation from the game <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>My husbands account is also blocked. He logged in fine earlier. We were in Varsoons on alts with some guildmates and when he was zoning out of the chamber of immortality he got stuck zoning. The game hard booted him and now it wont let him back in.</p><p>The following is occuring:</p><p>1) At the log in he gets a time out message when he enters his password</p><p>2) when he trys to bypass the login screen using the everquest2.exe it says the password is invalid</p><p>3) he can log into MY account on HIS computer</p><p>4) I cannot log into HIS account on MY computer</p><p>5) he cannot log into the forums nor any SOE game which uses the account name and password that is used in Everquest 2 (he tried logging into the card game)</p><p>We tried repatching when he was on my account and that did not help. I have had this same problem on MY account a few weeks ago and nothing we did on our side fixed it. It was a SOE side problem. Please, help! It would be nice if we could enjoy a weekend in game together.</p>

<p>For some stupid reason I typed /claim to see what the reward was and as soon as I hit enter, I was booted. Now I can not log that account back in [The operation timed out]</p><p>However my much younger account (this one) has no problems logging in right now</p>

My wife is having the same problems as everyone else.  I was able to login fine, but my wife's account doesn't seem to be able to.

Hubby and I were in CB having a great time he was mentored to my Warlock and he did a /claim and got booted out now cant get in , operation timed out.Its Friday night and game time hope they fix it soon.RapchurBlackburrow

Sorry about that everyone. We had an issue with one of our session servers that was affecting some log ins. It was affecting us here as well. This should now be fixed.
