Escaping Dive

<p>I recently hit level 50 with my Inquisitor......yes, thank-you, thank-you, I am very proud...</p><p>Anyway.....For some reason on the tradition choice, I took escaping dive... The text said something like porting you to a random location 10 meters away and reducing your threat to target by like 1500 or something....</p><p>So, I tried it.  I was not in a group, just killing a lizard in Lavastorm and it seemed to do nothing as far as the port goes...I stayed in the same spot.</p><p>Is this broken?  OR can I really only use it when grouped.</p>

<p>Mine is a fae - and it works fine for me in or out of group.  You have to be engaged first to use it.  If you can get the HO wheel up - then it will work.</p><p>As an aside I'm sure it has a magnet attached...
