Hello All,

I have finally decided to start tradeskilling with my main character but.... I have not done so since the beginning of 2005. I therefore have no idea what all the buttons/skills mean nor do I know how to use them well. Besides that I wnt to choose another TS occupation.

I had therefore decided to start over with the new TS tutorial. So I found out I need to go to TS instance below the hounted house (sorry do't know the exact name anymore) to reset my level and to start over. Unfortunately the NPC does not reset my level but tells me go see someone else.

I am stuck. Could any of you help me find out how to reset my TS level?

Thanks,

Ikke

You can't below level 10, this is because at level 6 you are still an artisan so you have not committed your character to any one particular tradeskill, so not sure why you would wish to do this, besides being able to start the quests again, some of which will already be completed in your journal.

The new tutorial isn't in game yet, it will be appearing when Rise of Kunark launches. So not long now!You won't need to reset anything to do the new tutorial. If you're currently in the middle of the old one, the quest you're on will be autocompleted. You'll be able to pick up the new quest from the beginning. The tutorial will be available from any of the NPCs currently marked "tradeskill delegate". Since it sounds as if you're in Qeynos, this will be in all the tradeskill instances in the newbie starting cities (Baubbleshire, Castleview, Graystone Yard, etc.)The lady in the Ironforge Exchange in North Qeynos doesn't give a tutorial, she's just for resetting your tradeskill profession if you decide to change professions. You can only do this if you're over level 10, since you don't actually start choosing a profession path till then.Hope that helps clear things up!

At this point, I'd just hold off as RoK is only a few days away. Might as well learn the new system instead of learning the current one and then needing to re-learn it.
