<p>Not sure where to post this but I thought this would be a good place to start. I was wondering what you had to do to be a GM and do you have to live a certain place? For that matter what jobs are there out there that don't require you to move to a certain state. Who would you contant for this kind of information?.</p><p>Magi</p>

Who would you contant for this kind of information?.</p><p>Magi</p></blockquote><p>You can start by looking <a href="http://www.station.sony.com/sonyonline/careers.vm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a> to see if any job is available that you might be qualified for.</p><p>I'm not sure about their other positions, but I know for certain that the GM/CSR position is located in San Diego and you have to live there.</p>

I was told that you can be a gm and live where ever, but after looking at the online posting I didn't think so.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Courier New;">Thanks for the help.</span></p>

<p>The person was probably talking about being in in-game "Guide."  You can be a Guide from anywhere.  This is a voluntary (read: unpaid) position in which you conduct various live events and RP quests.  They  no longer conduct any CSR-type activity, but they do contribute to the game by adding some content that can be quite fun.</p><p>To apply go here;  <a href="https://guide.everquest.com/guideapp/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://guide.everquest.com/guideapp/</a></p><p>It may give a security warning, but that's just because they have not updated the security certificates since changing the domain (or something like that). </p><p>SC</p>
