Tried during their posted hours and it redirected me to kb search. Is chat no longer available?

Chat Support still appears to be working properly. Please note that their hours are from 10am-7pm PST so they won't open yet for another 10 minutes.Also note that there is a Chat Support tab that you will need to use from the Knowledge Base in order to properly connect to Chat Support.Please try again shortly and let us know if you continue to have any problems.

Just tried and it is still not working. Maybe you can help? I am trying to login to <a href="http://infinityalliance.eq2guilds.org/index.vm" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://infinityalliance.eq2guilds.org/index.vm</a> with my station account and it times out.

To reach Chat Support:1. Click on HELP in the upper right corner of the forums.2. On the right side of the screen under Quick Links click on Account/Billing & Tech Support3. Click on the Chat Support tab4. Log in and fill out the necessary informationPlease let us know how that works out for you.As far as why that particular page won't load I'm not exactly sure. I can tell you that it doesn't load for me either but I'm not having any other problems logging into any other EQ2 related site so there might just be a problem with that particular guild site.Additional Note: After logging into that site and getting the error I was still able to click on your link again and it took me to the page with me already logged in. Try logging in then either refreshing the page or closing the window and opening the link again to see if that works.
<p>I'm having a problem with chat help as well. My queue does not move or refresh (I've waited in the same queue for hours). I have to start chat support all over again to get in a different queue position, only for my position to go nowhere again.</p><p>I have a billing issue that I can't address because, the chat page is getting me nowhere and I've yet to receive an email response in over a week.</p><p>Do I have any other options to contact SoE, regarding a billing issue?</p>
