Ministration

<p>I have noticed that when I use my Blessing spell that I often get an increase in my "ministration" ability. Two questions:</p><p> 1.  Is there any other spells/abilities I can use to increase ministration?</p><p> 2.  What benefit does a high level of ministration give specifically? I am assuming it is a self heal type benefit but in what way is it manifested?</p>

Ministration reduces the power cost of your heals...pretty much casting heals and wards increases the skillEDIT: I havent played an SK so I dont know any other specific spells that will raise it

The power reduction is negligible.  If you look at the healer forums, they all complian about how useless ministration is.  No need to worry about maxxing it <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Ministration makes it so heals land at the higher end of there spread.  So with a spread of 300-400 max ministration will tend to have you hot closer to the 400 mark.Blessing is also the only skill that is affected by heal crit.  That doesnt matter though as it casts a spell wich checks our spell crit chance.
