Here goes my list.

1. As someone has said, to save plat. I don't have a character at 70 yet, and I don't want to be punished by other lockers throughout teirs because I decided to be dumb and power-level to 70. Getting pwned from levels 10-65 is a bit much.

2. For the content in teir 3. I love SH, TS, Nek, Fallen Gate, Storm Hold, BBM, and all of those level 20+ zones. Level 35-the upper fourties is such boring content. I haven't played my ranger past it because it wants me to kill myself! It's like SoE took a jacked up slab...added a few quests...and instanced zone and threw some mobs in there. /cough cough Everfrost, PARTS of EL...EL is generally good, The Feerrot even. Zek is pretty decent.

3. For the PvP. Not the pwnage, for the PvP. Unless you want to get run over by raids in your 40's...and if you don't want to have to wait aaall the way for end-game PvP which I've heard isn't always cut out to what people make it seem...No thanks. I'll send a character your way but I enjoy PvP in my teir with at least one character.

4. My friends lock there. I've been leveling my Conjuror up because I have a Fury in Teir 3 now...without my friends being around to quest with me I get pwned pretty frequently by people 8 levels above me...seeing as to how the zone allows it. What is a 31 Conjuror gonna do against a 37 or 38 Shadowknight....Necro....a Dirge even. Welcome to Teir 4 Conjy. Let's start with a death streak of 9 and the loss of your title for needless reasons. All of my friends are locked in Teir 3 and don't plan on moving on. I sence more pwnage in my future seeing that hardly anyone on my server is teir 4.

That's it in a nutshell. Like it or not, some of you ask fo rreason...and those are mine.

To enjoy all of the lower level content and engage in PvP with others who are equally matched. But..You are the minority. Whether your peers will ever admit it or not. Majority level lock and subsequently twink up for the sole means of harvesting new players for fame and faction.Level locking is not an issue because of your style of game play. Level locking is a problem because 90% of the rest of the lockers are exploiting the system. You sire, are preaching to the choir.

Please, you can NOT farm new players for INFAMY! New players do not have any decent infamy to farm.

T3 lockers are NOT farming new players.

T2 is where the all the problems are with locks. Not any other tier. T2 locks do tag a lot of the new players, but any decent pvp'r in T2 respects the 30 min timer. Its the griefers that are causing all the problems.

There is more pvp before the end tier in the game than there is in the end tier. If you spend all your time on your lvl capped toon, how would you know the difference and why are you wasting your time pretending you know anything about pvp lockers? Most locks T3+ are PvE AND PvP locks!

Most players who dont lock have alts they play that are in various tiers. They use those alts to enjoy content their mains did not get to enjoy unless they mentored.

Locking or Alts, not much difference. You spend TIME & Coin on both.

If you dont have any alts and you do not lock, then stop worrying about how others play the game.

As for the poster above, ROCK ON! At least your not bragging about pwning T2. Tier 3 is a GREAT tier to lock in and there will come a day you just have had enough of all the content and you move to T4 and your virtual world gets even bigger.
