I think 2/3 of our power pool is from str and 1/3 is from wisdom. From a pure dps standpoint, wisdom does not give much, it is much more of a help for tanking when every extra bit of resist helps. I have heard rumors that Wis plays an even more important role in tanking in the expansion as well.

I play a dps spec pally, and this is the attribute priority I go with:

Int - boosts spell and proc damage

Str - boosts CA and weapon damage (the majority of our offense comes from spells/procs) and is the main source of power

Sta - you can't do dps when you are dead - max out your health if you cannot boost str or int

Wis - extra power and small boost to aoe survivability

Agi - the benefit agi gives to avoidance has been nerfed several times. Also, base avoidance is not effective against the harder mobs in the game. For this reason, Agi is barely an afterthought to me.

I almost view Str and Int equally - when I am self-buffed, they usually are within 20-30 points of each other.

I'm an OT spec'd pally (blend DPS/Survivability) that I use for MTing.

STA = STR > INT > WIS > AGI

As it stands right now.

STA = Life, doesn't matter how strong you are, if you are tanking a dirt nap, it is worthless

STR = Damage, both from our Auto Attack and from our CAs. I've found you get alot better increase from having a higher base STR than base INT. This also controls 2/3's of our power pool.

INT = other component of our damage, including most (if not all) procs. I find that just getting this at a decent base and allowing buffs to take over is probably enough for most of us.

WIS = 1/3 power pool and resists. Not extremely important over all and our defensive stance buffs it, so even less useful over all. Get it to a good base and forget it

AGI = Base Defense. Good for anything upto the raiding end game. Most epics will nigh on near ignore basic defense. If you want to tank and never plan to tank epics, this ability moves up, otherwise, I think it is the least needed of our skills. It is also one that will naturally get boosted as we boost our other 'tanking' stats anyways. (Most tank gear is STR/STA/AGI based)
