Character Server Transfer in game Mail bug..........

Hello, I have been trying to transfer my toons to the exchange server but keep getting the  "cannot transfer delete all mail meassage"  . I've deleted "ALL" my mail including spam on all my toon's and I still get the message when trying to transfer. I've petitioned and E-mailed SOE about 3 times in the past 4 day's with no response what so ever. I'd like to sell my toon's before my account run's out so I don't have to resubscribe just to do so.

If you're still getting that message after you've deleted all of the messages in the inbox AND the spam tab, then you might want to petition the GM's in the game to check for phantom mail. This happens occasionally and they can clear the out for you.If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.Best regards,Richard
