I have not read the forums for some time, but as usual it's the same arguments, same issues, same complaints... One being level lockers, and the debate about what the solution is. I thought of this just now, how about just creating a new pvp server, one where there is no level locking? That way, lowbie pvp players can stay locked and enjoy themselves. A new pvp server that had no level locking would then allow players who would prefer higher tier pvp a place to enjoy themselves... Just a thought anyways.

I like this Idea I have a lowbie pvp toon he is nothing special wearing treasured armor and wielding 2 blackened iron swords i pvp with him and his wopping 4 AA points. I admit I can kill alot of ppl with my lvl 15 dirge but he is not a twink that ppl may think he is I simply know how to play him at that lvl very well. so he is locked. I like the idea of a no lvl lock server to see what kind of population that will really bring. I am guessing the players who support this lvl locking change will not go there even if they offered a one time character transfer. I am in support of the no lvl locking server instead of breaking the population on all the exsisting pvp servers. I think you would have less of an impact and it would give player's that are new or the ones that don't like lvl locking a fresh place to start.

People who say that, in my opinion, are not willing to consider that perhaps a lot of new players would show up and stay if they had access to such a server.... that perhaps Sony's profits would increase if such a server existed.

One person responded that if such a server existed everybody would go there, and therefore it was a bad idea.

The creation of a new server would have a short-lived benefit for the 'new guys', until the cycle began anew and those with the desire to play just to ruin somebody else's gaming would find a whole new crew here. Locking or not, you can create quite a twink if you've the knowledge on how to do so, and one can stay in a certain tier quite a long time if they do nothnig other than kill the enemy. Short-lived solution that would only serve to further dilute the population. Without disabling XP, nor exploiting the turn-in-while-dead thing, I created a 23 Wizard with 14 AP's (my first attempt at twinking without manipulating the system). What about those that have the system mastered? Not to mention those that would transfer over a toon or two, just to be the big dog in the yard. Sorry, I don't see it as a viable alternative. Maybe that's just because I've spent a lot of hours trying to figure ways to "fix" the system, with lots of feedback on the suggestions, or maybe I've developed a dim view of how fast and eager some people are to try to become the bearer of a digital title.

If anything they should have less pvp servers not more.IMHO there should be one pvp server now based on the lack of participants.Put everyone on one server and put a time limit on locking .
