Character Transfer between UK and US server...

<p>Hi,</p><p>I transferred a character from Splitpaw to Crushbone and received an email to confirm the transfer had taken place. However I'm no longer able to select that character to play.</p><p>Does anyone have an idea about what might be wrong?</p><p>Thanks,</p><p>Rab</p>

<p>in the launchpad above the eula you have to switch the region select to english us. </p>

I didn't wanna make a new post for this and the title fits the job.I have problems transfering my char from Splitpaw to Guk, it failed 3 times now...I have to change name but can't find a Kahlan or new name on GUK.Everytime I get a mail with the following error:FAILED TO RENAME CHARACTER: KahlunFAILED TO MOVE TO SERVER: Guk(With Items)REASON: Service Violation (please review) or Generic Fail (may work later).I did send customer support a mail but didn't recieve answer yet (1 day).Does anyone have a idea what is going wrong?
