Eq 2 Crashed to character select and now all my characters have vanished

Was in Nek forest doing Jboot run when all of the sudden I dropped to character select and Ive got the farie saying welcome to norrath or something start by creating your first character.   All my characters on the account seem to have vanished.

It's 11:45 am Est and have poofed back to char select screen with the Down message and half of my chars missing. Anyone else?

Mine are still there after the disconnect, but the selection screen says that one has lost two levels.
