loading ui resources lockup only with my main char

hello I have been having difficulty where my main is loccking up when i get to the loading ui resources part of the login. I can log in with my alt which is in a different zone I have tried deleteing ini files as well as the default ui and let it re download them since I can log in with another char I have to assume it has something to do with game files being corrupted for my main any idea what i should do to try and fix?

Anytime you get a Gamescene error, it means your firewall is blocking the port leading to that area. To test it, you may want to disable the firewall and run the game again. If you disable the Windows firewall and it still says "on", then check your antiviral (Norton, McAfee, etc) and disable it from there. It may be just a simple matter of removing the game from the allowance list and reallowing the game. With firewalls, you will probably have to do that often if you want to leave them on.I hope this helps you.Best regards,Richard

<p>i disabled the firewall inside of windows and put my computer as a dmz. i can log onto other characters just not my main still getting the same error</p>
