I know it doesn't relate to EQ2 much, but I do use the mouse to play So here goes, hopefully I can get some help here.I have a Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer for Bluetooth and when I came home tonight and jumped on my PC I had a little pop up message on my desktop saying that my mouse batteries are low and I need to change them. Prior to changing the batteries my mouse worked just fine, however after I put new batteries in it stopped responding all together. I tried to put the old batteries back in and no response from that either. So when I go to Start --> Control Panel --> Bluetooth Devices My mouse isn't listed. So I'll proceed to add the new device and it detects it just fine, however the mouse still doesn't respond. The interesting thing is when I close out of Bluetooth Devices and reopen it from the control panel my newly added mouse device isn't there.I have proceeded to add this device about 5 times now or so, and everytime I close out of the Bluetooth Device window and reopen it my device isn't there.Any ideas?

In all cases it requires the bluetooth device to be registered to the pc/phone. When you replaced the batteries you shutdown the relationship. Check back on the documenation and follow the instructions on how to reconnect the device to the PC.

Might try this

Open Bluetooth Devices, and then click Add.Bluetooth Devices is a Control Panel item that you can use to add, remove, or customize Bluetooth devices. Be sure to follow all the instructions below to add your Bluetooth device. To open Bluetooth Devices, click the link below.

Press the button on the bottom of the mouse for 5 seconds.

Select the check box, and then click Next.

When asked for a passkey, click Do not use a passkey.

When I exit out of the Bluetooth Devices/Bluetooth connection wizard and reopen the Bluetooth Devices from the control panel my mouse isn't listed.

And I have DL'd and installed the latest drivers for the mouse from Microsoft's website. To sum it all up...*Mouse was working fine last night when I got home from work*Had a message that batteries were low and to change them*Changed the batteries and the mouse stopped responding*Put back the old batteries and mouse still doesn't respond*Put the new batteries back into the mouse*Went to the Control Panel -- > Bluetooth Devices --> Add --> Went through the Bluetooth connection wizard*The connection wizard found my bluetooth mouse*My mouse still doesn't respond even though the wizard found the mouse and established a connection*The mouse is on my Bluetooth Device list*I close the Bluetooth Device list*I re-open the Bluetooth Device list*My mouse isn't listed*I click Add and go through the connection wizard again*This process keeps repeatingSo my PC recognizes my mouse, shows the connection is there but my mouse still doesn't respond. After I go through the connection wizard and my mouse is listed under the Bluetooth Devices and then close out of the Bluetooth Devices and re-open it seconds later my mouse is no longer listed under the Bluetooth Devices.

Might be time to call MS support on it.
