Trying login server

It has been going from #1 to #9 back and forth for about five minutes then it say could not connect to a login server. the servers may be busy; please try again in a few minutes. Its been saying this for the entire day, i could play this morning before the servers were taken down. Whats up? I thought the servers were up.

i thought maybe it would fix itself if i would leave it alone for the night. I come back today and it still says the exact same thing. I'm trying to connect to the Antonia Bayle server.

Yep, everything is off, firewall, anti virus, still cannot connect.
