Renewed account...need help w/ missing expansions

I cancelled my account about a year ago. A month ago, I got a "Come try us again for a month FREE" voucher in the mail. I did, and I have renewed my account. HOWEVER, I am being promted to purchase the expansions I have already paid for. KoS, DoF, EoF I either purchased in the store or via Digital DL. When I tried to "Register Expansion" I got an error stating the keycode was already in use.I need assistance getting these expansions again "linked" to my account w/o paying for them AGAIN.Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

When you log into your account and look at your Subscription Info there should be a listing on the left side that has all of the content available for purchase. In that list do you see any that don't have a cost associated with them? If so then click on that and it will bring you to a renewal page that will allow you to re-sub without any purchase other than the monthly fee.

ok, I see the area you are talking about. I was incorrect, KoS does show as activated, however, DoF and EoF (both of which I've purchased. 1 via Digital DL and one in a box) show as available for purchase for an actual  $$ amount (39.99 & 29.99 I believe).  I've written SOE asking for them to look into it, but I sent the email about 9hrs ago, and haven't even recieved a 'canned' response from a CSR yet. Not that I would substitute resolution for a quick turn-around on an empty CSR response...I'm just saying =)Thanks for the help

There's currently a display bug on the Account Management screen so I wouldn't worry about that. Just re-sub and everything that you had before will become active again despite what it says there. This has been tested and verified by many posters over the past week or so.You can test this yourself in-game by going to the Sinking Sands via the carpets regardless of the fact that DoF will still show as purchasable for your account.

you were spot on...I was able to hit EoF, KoS, DoF content no problem...guess maybe I shoulda tried before I started complaining...thanks for the input.
