At the top of the Support Forums is a 28 page thread about a problem that has existed for over 5 months (Application ran out of memory...)

In June the developer Autenil wrote about the problem;

"This issue is related to constraints that are on EQ2's internal memory manager. I've relaxed these constraints a little bit which should allow EQ2 to use more memory without complaining. We'll try to get this hotfixed out within the next few days."

One day later the TSR JasonC wrote;

"There is a fix currently being tested in Quality Assurance and it should be released soon to the Live servers, provided that it doesn't blow up on the Test server beforehand."

Since then, nothing has been fixed (as you promised) and repeated requests for an update have gone unanswered. People continue to post their information for a problem that no one is looking at. To promise a fix and not deliver is bad enough but to just go silent on the issue is even worse. This leaves your customers to believe that they are unimportant and that you do not care.

I would request the courtesy of a reply to this message from a TSR. I know someone will be reading this so the lack of a response would be very telling.

An update from Autenil or JasonC would be welcome since they initially promised a fix. What's the status of this issue?
