Well I wouldn't say I'm one of the resident experts, but I know thats a necro fun spell, and you can buy it prob from the necro trainer in mage tower in NFP.  It doesn't do anything other than add some graphics around you.

its a lil black cloud Zora <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> but they need to bump the graphic up a lil , even on max settings i cant see it very well <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>I noticed that, I went and bought it just for fun, cast it and I saw NADA! Pffft I thought it was broken, but then I realized I was on performance not graphic intensive settings.</p><p>Thanks for the replies.</p>
