View Full Version : Serius Subscription problem..

I got the 14 day trial and i liked it. So i tried to subscribe to the game via Station.com. It wouldnt let me buy the game there, so i went to direct2drive.com, bought the game there, didnt download it since i aldready had it on my pc from downloading the trial, just used the cd key i got there and tried to use it on my account...Here is the thing. I activated it. Looked like it worked, but when i opened up the Launcher and typed in my acc. info i got the message "This offer is only available for first-time players, if you would like to reactive your account, you can do so here. Your original Everquest II game discs may be required". [I cannot control my vocabulary] now. This dosnt make any sence. I went back to my account on station.com and saw that all of a sudden i had no subsciption with EQII. Not even the trial. " EverQuest II : <span class="subStatusClosed">CLOSED". I tried to use the cd-key i bought from that website again but it said the cd-key was in use...probably by myself, but i cant even use it!Help? <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY<img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />" /></span>

I feel like i got ripped off by Sony.Are there any Sony employees that actually look at the forums?

I'm not sure what happened with your account and account key. Yoiu can also use live chat support during the same hours - Search the Knowledge base, then chat tab. Account/billing issues are not handled on the open forum normally.
