<p>The guild a friend of mine is in got invited to Beta testing and he mentioned that the % based spells were the only ones to not get upgraded. Will have to wait and see what makes it to the final product though to be 100% sure.</p>

<p>A dev has posted on these forums that percentage based spells do not get an upgrade.    But that's one dev, and a comment from a few weeks back at that.</p>

From EQ2Flames (sorry no access to linking right now), a dev stated, pre RoK beta, that Enraging Demeanor was -not- being upgraded. Since the hate magnifier cap is 50% and the hate transfer cap is 50%, it means we stack with others like the dirge and swashie (or brigand?). If we all had increases, we would once again have stacking issues and dimished roles in hate manipulation.

yea looks to be the case no upgrade, guess its back to grinding dof crap to try for the master. I know it drops but [Removed for Content] the drop ratio just sux for that spell
