Enchance: Peerless Predator AA skill broken.

When I use the peerless predator, I get the +35% runspeed increase but when I go incombat, my increase goes down to 0%. Is it broken?

I think i found it from the Game update #36. All in combat run speed increases are now disabled except for the Bard's AA ability. Is this temporary? does any1 have any info on this?

I assume you play on a PvP server...All PvP in combat runspeeds got disabled, except for bards and one or two particular spells. I heard that the Heirophants momevent AA on the WIS line still works...but I havent used that in forever so I cant confirm.
