Hi all,

This is a music video I did of EQ2 - it has some PVP from Nagafen but it's really more of a video of EQ2 in general. Only use Youtube as a preview as the quality is mediocre at best... the rapidshare download is bigger and much clearer. Music by Trent Reznor (NiN).

Cheers.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ryyio0wyp70

http://rapidshare.com/files/67255880/Darker.divx

It was captured at 1920 x 1200 so it preserved a lot of the detail. Hard to see that on You Tube of course.

YouTube videos can be presented at higher quality if the initial file you upload is not already compressed by your video editor.Even if you upload a "large" resolution video -- if the video data itself has already once been highly compressed by say, Windows Movie Maker (or whatever program) then YouTube identifies it as a low resolution video and compresses it as such, further degrading the quality. However, if you upload a 'heavy' (meaning not only at high res but at high WEIGHT) video that additionally has not been compressed (generally your base file size would be greater than 500MB), then the Tube will automatically set it to be viewable in 'high quality' and present that link the the viewer as well as an option for standard viewing. (Let me qualify this -- there are two stipulations that have to be in place: the VIEWER also needs a fast enough connection, or they will not ever see the link.)There is no way to determine that setting for yourself, as it is wholly dependent on the quality if the compression you are starting with and is determined by YouTube's server. The downside is that unless you are T1 or higher connection, uploading a 500+ MB file to YouTube and then waiting for it to process on the server end can take upwards of 4 hours.
