RoK Beta doesn't recognise me as a subscriber

<p>I'm newly returned to EQ2 and I've been getting ready for RoK, which I'm very excited about!   Yesterday, I was lucky to win a beta key in the <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=389972" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">GameAmp contest</a>, but I can't complete the beta registration/login process successfully.  I'm following the instructions sent to me by the GameAmp folks, they are essentially the same as <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=386860" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">those used by the Fan Faire and EQuinox folks</a>.</p><p>When I run BetaEQ2.exe and login in (using the same credentials I've been playing on for the past few days) I'm told I don't have an account, and must subscribe.   I've double checked my subscription info, and it's current so I'm stumped.  Any ideas what I need to do to resolve this issue?</p><p>thanks!</p>

was there an actual beta key? and if there was... did you enter it to where ever it asks for it?

<p>Yes, actual beta key.  But I never got to the point of being asked to enter it since I'm failing the subscription test, which comes first apparently.</p><p> Edit: typo</p>

I've had the same problem actually.  I get to where it wants me to subscribe and when I click the link it takes me to my Station Account page and there's no place there to enter the beta code.

OK, finally got it to work for me by clicking the Register Expansion button (instead of Login) and following the instructions from there.  Pilot error... thanks to all who helped!
