As I wait for my update to finish, I had narrowed down to which class I would roll for PVP. It's between Dirge and Bruiser, but as i look over the bruiser skills, it doesnt seem to have much as far as escape or detect invis players/npc's so I was wondering what role Feign Death plays in PvP or is it useless and players see thru it. Also if anyone has a comment between a dirge or monk any information is appreciated.

It just removes you from there target for a short time before they hit 1 key to target you again (target nearest pvp target) saving you from a couple auto attack hits. Sure bruisers can't escape quite as well as scouts, but really who cares about escaping. Its that attitude that hinders our pvp system. Too many people worried about hiding and running away. Just take your [Removed for Content] reaming and move on. Bruisers bring tons to the table. They are a tank foremost. They have the ability to taunt people onto them, but they also have tons of knockdowns / stuns....pretty much being one of the only tanks able to attempt locking healers / casters down. And they do a [Removed for Content] ton more dmg than a pure mit tank (bruisers are avoidance tanks). Bruisers start off a little slow, but start getting much much better (solo) in / around the upper 20's and progress nicely all the way up to t7.<div></div><div>Dirge on the other hand is the other way around. Really strong up until around t4 starting of t5, but other classes boom beginning of t6 end of t5 and dirge really just stays where its at. At t7 you can really go afk on auto follow in pvp groups and people won't really care because your just there for your buffs (granted your not the only one there with track <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />) They have pretty good ranged damage with shouts, and their bow. They have a ranged root through their bow. A good snare and some interrupts. Pretty decent melee dmg, track and evac and since they are a bard, they have the ability to increase in combat movement through AA. Both great classes, just don't expect to have much of a chance at t7 solo. I mean every class can solo at t7, just a bit more difficult as a dirge. And dirges don't get mez like troubs, which is what makes em a bit more difficult, especially against a wiz / lock with magi shielding. But at t7 there is a lack of dirges, giving you a high chance of joining a good raiding guild. </div><div></div><div>All in all they are both great classes, Bruiser starts to shine later in terms of dmg knockdowns yadda yadda, while dirges start off strong and start to die down later on.</div>

my classification:bruiser is destroyer of clothies and scoutsdirge is [Removed for Content] useful if you plan grouping or raiding

Everyone can see invis / stealth <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

well for bruiser nevermind whtever your target class  but you have to be in melee range for that.... only enemy that i hardly get to melee range is ranger... you have self cure, self heal whch is a high portion of your hp and more over you have 2 very important spells whch nearly makes you immune to mages like.... stone deaf and close mind.... i remember that before close mind came illus was a torture for me but after close mind all combats end for me at %100 hp
