Looking for screen of lvl 50 fluff spell (weapon blur)...

It sounds like it could be cool.  Yet I have never seen it ever.  Anyone got some pics with it up?

Its actually a moving effect so a screenie is not gonna show it very well, basically it is just a burring effect that moves around your weapon whether it is out or not

It kind of looks like steam rising off of your weapons while you are just standing there (at the broker or whatnot).
