Need somebody to email/msn me a file

This should resolve the issue.</p><p>If you are on Vista, make sure you have run as administrator and XP-SP2 compatiblitry set</p>

no ive done all patching on the US version because the first time i did it on the eu an it was redown loading files, this is different it simply wont patch cos this file is missing
