To get up from fd simply hit the x key.

I am sure a macro could be made but it would be easier IMHO to just bind stand-up do another key.

Just get the sit/stand button out of the abilities part of the spell book
Just made one and testing it now, right click your FD skill and create macrotick Primary boxAdd - Command Linetype /standclick okWell, it doesn't work, you don't actually drop from the FD so the mobs fall off, so they just stay on you

If you made your macro, added the step and put /stand in it, THEN moved the /stand command to the front of the macro it should work. That way when you're running it'll just stand and feign (Since you're already standing)When you are laying on the ground from a failed feign then it would stand you up and queue your feign.
