Hey all,I tend to solo a lot, I've got all of the Mccabe armor except hat and pants using 2 legendary weapons (almost done w/ SOD, just need group for CMM) with 1.6 delays (can't remember name at the moment and not on a computer that I can log into game w/)I'm wondering, at lvl 70 without any poisons (simply because poisons can make a difference and I'm looking for a baseline) what level of DPS can I expect self buffed?  I'm averaging around 550-720, is this normal? I see some people talking about averaging 1200 but I'm not sure if that's solo or raidit doesn't make a huge difference to me because I play for fun, but I don't want my groups dying because they are expecting to take out a mob because of my DPS if I'm behind for some reason.Second part of my question, people talk about getting their CA's off between their base attacks, how do you time this other than guessing? is there a UI mod that shows when the base attack goes off?

Seems about the right solo dps to me.  My swash is only 66 atm, but I tend to get anywhere between 500 and 1000 plus or minus dps, depending on inspiration, poison, and number of enemies.  My gear is shabby still and I haven't upgraded any combat arts (waiting to fork out plat until after RoK).  I parse most of the time I play because I like to see if what I am changing makes any difference.  I must say that in a basic pick up group most people, regardless of class, average in the 300-700 dps area (zonewide, assuming lvl 70 in OoB/CoV for example).  Occasionally I will run across someone who tops 1k, but they generally are very well geared and played.  The dps always seems so low to me and I wonder why, but things die so oh well.I do time my combat arts, although it is less important while soloing because you want to have high burst dps, and that for me means chaining.  But in groups and raids I open a separate chat window that only displays my combat information.  You can easily see when you have an auto attack by the chat log on the window, and eventually you get used to the timing.  I keep it located in my peripheral vision and can easily tell when an auto attack fires.  Timing your combat arts is going to be much more important if you choose the wisdom line and go 1h because the damage will be larger.

I always look at my zonewides in instances for increasing my ability to solo. In Nest, I used to average around 1-1.1k, and it was tough to kill the last couple named mobs, if I could do it at all. With some changes to the way I attacked the zone and some significant upgrades in gear I parse around 1.6-1.7k zonewide (18-22 mins from zone in to zone out) Regarding auto attack damage; think of it like this. Combat art damage is really only affected by STR. Once you get to a certain point, it can't really get any better. Most swashbucklers have no trouble clearing 900 STR in a raid setup, which is well past the point of diminishing returns. That being said, auto attack damage has essentially no limit, except gear and buffs. Haste, DPS, double attack, +piercing/slashing skills, weapon procs and adornments, are all part of the game to enhance the damage you can do with your weapons, not with your skills, so focus on it!
