<p>Hi, </p><p>I bought the games on D2D (direct2drive.com), I think my account is linked on the demo and not on my purchase (I bought Everques2 All in one). I cant download all the expansions. I just think that I have "maybe" 2 account...can you help me please? You need to either call them, or use the Live Chat option. Their hours are 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific. Mon-Fri (adjust for your timezone) Get to it via the Search the Knowledge base in the upper right corner, then Chat Support</p><p>Quick question, did you enter teh account key (cd-key) that should have been sent to you in the Direct2Drive invoice email? This is required to unlock the expansions.</p>
