<p>I just pre-ordered the digital download of RoK earlier this morning, no problems. <p>I had this exact same issue, and it turns out that it had something to do with my router. I could log into the forums, log into the game, and even log into the station store, but every time I tried pre-order I got kicked back to the login page. </p><p>Connecting my PC directly to the internet resolved it, so if you're using a router, I suggest trying the same thing.</p><p>Good luck!</p>
