Gnomish Spring Boots..intended?

<p>So I turn in a collection quest (forget which one now..turned in a few at once), and get Gnomish Spring Boots. Looked nice at first, until I noticed that if you activate the "spring" process it stuns you. </p><p>So, is this intended? Is it a mistake that never got fixed? Is it supposed to be a joke? If it is, I put it on a par with "why did the chicken cross the road" - which is funnier. </p>

Used to be an item worth getting cause of a bug when switching between them and Stilts, but they nerfed that very entertaining bit of fun so now they're a total waste of time.

I keep thinking there has to be a use ofr them that I am jsut not creative enough for. However, with the addition of the appearance slot, these dusty gellas got tidied up and added back into play as they are a fine looking pair of boots.
