Subjugation, Conjugation

<p>Why are these two skills not going up? I am using everything i have at my 37 level, but these two stats , have not moved, can you tell me what is happenind, should i pull out a really low level spell? which ones are these? thanks. Doing good on all my other skills, but these two are bad.</p><p>Will i need alcohol tolerance later? i havent drank in game yet.</p>

these were removed a long time ago... I'm positive it's impossible to raise them.
