Raiding in RoK

I was thinking about the possibilities for raiding in RoK today and I woundered, "Will SOE address the inadequacies of faction raiding on PvP servers?"  I know its usually too much to hope that SOE will ever balance anything without nerfing the hell out of it, but does anyone know or has heard about SOE taking special effort to consider faction only raiding in the new RoK content?On my server (nagafen) it took almost a year for a faction guild (freeport) to kill wuoshi, when it only took blue servers a matter of months to have wuoshi on farm status.  The fact that it is possible for the individual factions to do the high end raid content in EoF doesn't discount the fact that certain mobs are almost impossible without using a certain form of exploit (rumbler, and if you dont know what i mean, dont ask, lest soe get wiff of it and nerf the hell out of it).Well, anyway, heres hoping eh? /cheers
