Transfer to EU Server

<p>I have my characters ready to transfer from a US Server to an EU Server and have been trying to do this for the last 8 days but every time I try to do it - the EU servers are not appearing on the list for some reason and it tells me to check in 24 hours (I have done this EVERY day for the last 8 days but still no EU Servers)</p><p>I tried to email support last friday (26 October)and got no response - apart from the standard acknowledgement email  and last night I got through after an hour to live help who didnt seem to be able to help and said i was welcome to cancel my subscription???</p><p>Cancelling my subscription is not what I want to do obviously as its a complete waste of my time and money spent - I just want to move 2 of my characters - I have already moved one - so i know that it can be done</p><p>Can someone please let me know how and When I can move the final 2 and sometime soon perhaps? </p>

I would try again over the next couple of days as the EU servers are getting patched up to speed tomorrow and the transfer might not be possible until all servers have the same file updates.
