Because it's going to be an absolute slaughter when they peek there heads out at level 10.

I dunno, they're will probably be enough to out number anyone, because you know most everyone rerolls to the new race.

What happens next? Sell the stuff on their characters, send them to their higher level alts, delete the character and start over. You can't prevent this scenario from happenning.

2. The current twinks, the ones who are level 17 with 18 AAs, will keep their level locked but try to level up to 30 as soon as they can and gain the most AAs they can get before the level-locking is moved to level 30. This way, they will be GODS against players who reach level 30 after the change is put in. So you only make it worse by preventing any resistance to form against these players.

3. The people who level-lock at 14 to farm those easy writs for faction with the factions in Qeynos/Freeport and not to PvP 24/7 on PvP servers will not be able to do so if they change the way level-locking works. Believe it or not, people actually play on PvP JUST for the "added danger" SoE is slowly taking away from the game.

I hope this is the last level-locking related post in this non-level-locking related thread. Try to stay on topic here.

If on the other hand we assume that something does exist, and if the thing in question is not provably impossible, showing that the assumption is invalid may require an exhaustive search of all possible places where such a thing might be found (every T2 toon on every server), to show that it isn't there. Such an exhaustive search is often impractical or impossible, such as in this case. Therefore it is generally accepted that we must assume things do not exist unless we have evidence that they do.

Therefore there ARE non-lockers who twink. (Such as myself)

lol... people that will roll Sarnaks (myself included) will deal with the BS for one maybe 1 hour, hit level 12, use our filthy rich mains to deck out the new Sarnak characters, and then go on rampages. I don't feel bad for anyone except the people that are gonna be humped over and over by my Sarnak.

How will this differ from either of the two new fairy races? There was already an established PVP population when these both came out too.

Don't really see the point here.

bang bang it seems like you are purposly trying to trigger an arguement with taer by being a smart [Removed for Content], not clever and besides, who would harvest for hours OR spend alot of coin for gear that u will grow out of so quick because of the speed you gain xp at lower lvls?

You assume that because someone would spend time to harvest and get gear that it is to stay "locked" at 14 to roam the noob zones forever to gank the poor defensless noobs. a couple of people have already pointed out in this thread other reasons to harvest and gear up throughout T2. Other reasons could be to farm rares and T2 masters to make some coin for the later tiers. But you and your whiney friend seem fixated and border line traumatized by these phantom T2 terrorists.

Go play in traffic, son.

Hit up tim deep last night, did a few quests. The quest gear is comparable to if not better than MC (I actually replaced a few pieces), so even with APP I's, the baby sarnak are tough little buggers to take down. Good to see that SOE has done something about gear disparity for lowbies, but not sure how I feel about the MC set that I spent hours gathering for being bested by "kill 10 of these" pieces.

Day three.. I've seen two Qeynosians in TD on the Venekor server. Both 50+, I assume working on deity quests.

TD must be too much of a pain in the neck to get to right now for the gankers to bother.

People that don't PvP on PvP servers have no right to tell anyone else about PvP.

Well the only thing I can say is if you rolled a Sarnak you need to immediately schedule BACK surgery. Everytime I see one it just kills my back! Running around bent over like that just makes me wonder how you can even see!

The gear is the Sarnak are is absoltely [Removed for Content] magnificent. Not only did we not suffer horribly (those who rolled Sarnaks) but we did a good job of protecting Mok Rent (except from Billet and Robear).I love the new race, and am enjoying mine (have tried to 20 brigand and 20 assassin on him trying dirge and then choosing) yes that means Nathraxxis may be rolled from 1-20 a total of 4 times if dirge is not it. Many of us early starters made a mint on the broker with the discovery of gear that is amazing in its stats and has resists from the lowest levels.Thank you SOE, you proved locking isnt a problem if the lower level itemization is made a bit more survival friendly (having 500ish resists in all at 20 ish a godsend)Love ya guys lots,AlexisMy Timorous Deep Leveled Characters-VenekorNathraxxis (tried Brigand, Assassin and now trying Dirge, so far leaning toward brigand)Mikael (leveled 3-22 in the Sarnak area, now a Swashy Ratongan geared well and and found 31 discoveries!)

This latest update is magnificent...For the new players on this server, rolling a sarnak will mean that you have at least a chance due the fantastic lowbie quest gear.If you want to hang about at low levels and get your faction, you'll be able to quest for the treasured stuff, adorn it and be competitive... just need to upgrade your spells and away you go. Turning your xp off will give you about 9 aa at level 14 without having to try. (at least, it did on the inquisitor I rolled). Being competitive just got easier. If you want to level past the T2 pvp, well this is also easier due to the speed in which xp is now gained. It really is faster than it ever used to be, so go roll a toon and off ya go... wooooosh!Fun all round. Not that I ever stopped having fun at any tier, but you know, some people DO like to moan edit for speelong
